AAU Taekwondo is set to host its 2019 National AAU Youth & Adult Taekwondo Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida this week.

Orlando, Fla. – The 2019 National AAU Youth & Adult Taekwondo Championship takes place June 30 through July 6. With over 2000 of the top athletes from around the world, some as young as five years old, this is shaping up to be a highly competitive event.
During the course of the event, spectators will witness Olympic style sparring, traditional & weapons forms, as well as competitive board breaking.
The event will be held at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, with competition beginning at 9am on July 1. Click here for a complete schedule of this year’s event.
