The busy spring season for Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball continues as they host the second of their back-to-back events, the AAU Easter Classic.

Location: ESPN Wide World of Sports and Orlando Sports Center in Orlando, FL

ORLANDO, Fla. – The busy spring season for Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball continues as they host the second of their back-to-back events, the AAU Easter Classic. Approximately 3,500 athletes from 289 teams will journey back to the Orlando area for the event. Competitors will range from 8U to freshman in high school and hail California, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Bahamas and Puerto Rico.
Games will take place on 24 courts between both ESPN Wide World of Sports and the Orlando Sports Center. Early registration will begin on Thursday, April 19 in the northeast pavilion of the Arena. Pool play will start on Friday with single elimination starting on Saturday, April 20. Sunday will wrap up bracket play with an award ceremony to follow.
The two teams to put on your watch list are the 16U Treasure Coast Titans and the Miami City Ballers 2020. The 16U Treasure Coast Titans will be looking to defend their Division 1 trophy after winning the 15U Division 1 last year. Miami City Ballers 2020 will be in hunt for the 17U Division 1 title, after taking last year’s 16U Division 1 title.
